And those people are the same people who fail because of user error.User error is thinking you are going to pay for a course and not do the work and that the money will appear.

Today I called and they said the account was submitted by error from the Apartment complex and closed out on their end but the debt collector cannot remove it from my report.

This will eliminate the room for error and the uncertainty of a lender's performance. 

I am not sure if that was an error or they are trying to rip you off.
