I don't know how to assess a property and tell if I can make $500 mo residual income after expenses and mortgage, etc. and buy them at good prices I'd like to learn how to  get rental properties and maybe learn fix and flips to earn quicker income if I can learn how to.

I'm interested in real estate to provide residual income so I can be the care givers to both my parents.

Sell the note at a discount after at least 6 months of payment seasoning to pay back your investor and take any residual profit2. or, sell a partial of the note to another investor to take out your current investor and collect the back end payments (let's not get into the ditch on partials here folks)3. or, find another investor who has more patience to take out the impatient investor4. 

This way we will keep our advantage to being more competitive and have residual income long after others are still paying large utility costs, long after cost of building is completed.

We are in real estate investing to put our money to work and earn residual cash flow.

Next move is to get into rental properties to obtain the residual wealth.

My goal is to learn how to use real estate investing to generate a residual income which might allow me to retire earlier than anticipated.

I am a Medicare advantage insurance agent and I know the advantages and freedoms that come with residual income so I am very interested in rentals.

The reason for me wanting to get into real estate is to build residual income for my family as well my investment profolio.
