I'm very new to REI. I've always wanted to get into it, but I was afraid you needed lots of capital to start. Now that I've learned some about wholesaling, I want to start there. I want to first build up capital to both become more financially stable and more confident in my work. Next move is to get into rental properties to obtain the residual wealth. After that, we'll see.

My brother is also interested in all of this and lives in Madison, so we're going to go into business together in both areas.

I want to learn everything about wholesaling and REI in general. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad. I feel like it opened my eyes to this possibility of a larger world, but I would like to learn more. If anyone out there could provide any help, I'd be very grateful.

Thank you.
