REFINANCING A RE PERFORMING NOTE

Hello fellow note investors, I have a question.  I have two re performing notes that justg started. However some of my investors are getting antsy. What are some ways to refi out quick?

Hi @George Frye

You are seeking a way to get your investors paid back, rather than trying to get your borrowers refinanced, here are a few other options:

1. Sell the note at a discount after at least 6 months of payment seasoning to pay back your investor and take any residual profit

2. or, sell a partial of the note to another investor to take out your current investor and collect the back end payments (let's not get into the ditch on partials here folks)

3. or, find another investor who has more patience to take out the impatient investor
