Hey All-I know I am digging up an old thread- just wondering if anyone has any updates.I've Been looking for a company that I can trust and rely on as a Broker in case I need to use the service myself or refer a client.I'd appreciate the updates!

You might be able to milk the channel why you can but I wouldn't rely on it as a long term strategy. 

And we rely on the title company to file the lien for us.  

Unfortunately, this is no longer available in SC because of a new law prohibiting the use of public data for marketing.Luckily there are some new motivated seller lists that don't rely on this public data that are doing well for investors.

I don't rely on their listing service.

Bad parking that limits a parking spot does happen, but you can not rely on It.  

If I moved away from home and put myself in a new town where I had no connections and nothing to rely on but my own resources and skills, would that help me achieve a level of wisdom that I wouldn't have gotten living with my parents? 

Also, do you rely on Virtual Assistants or full-time staff to handle comms and requests?
