With that being said I am on recruiting duty and I am close to my hometown where I want to live.

We surpassed our goals, rapidly recruiting in all our markets generating a consistent flow of agents.

I am also not at all recruiting but Keller Williams does have a good collaborative culture.

Every mentor I’ve found either wants to represent me in the real estate transaction which is unnecessary because I’m a licensed Realtor, recruit me or they want to teach arbitrage.

Their recruiting process of getting clients...not so much.

Many of my original helpers, for one reason or another, became unavailable for the majority of the project leaving me to tackle much of it by myself and/recruiting new helpers.

I am doing this both as a necessity as I cant living in the US year round and also to own a business rather than a full time job.I would like to know who had done this before and what is the process to recruit/find candidates and how to set systems in place to over see him and have them to then follow a specific operating process and procedures.

Otherwise we get a lot of stealthy type recruiting information trying to get us to attend some kind of presentation or training without any mention of exp in the ads.   

I heard on the news this morning that Tesla is actively recruiting high school students to work at Tesla and to participate in a manufacturing program at Austin community college.

For work she does tech recruiting and works remotely, while I work as a project manager for a custom home, design-build company, based in Los Angeles.
