Hey Koren,That's pretty much what I figured as well - can't imagine a realtor (or inspector) gets too far if they're referring poor work.Our realtor suggested Call2Inspect as well so that's great to hear!

Yes, you read that right, the American system was designed to best facilitate FAILURE not success. because when there is freedom to FAIL, it comes from consumers ability to choose, choose who is worth it, who isnt, and the poor performers fail and the good performers are rewarded. 

There has been a flight to the more quality areas of Austin.I agree on us having hit the bottom, time will tell but I think we'll see demand increase and rates decrease over the next few months Yeah - I was more talking about outlook for 2025+, I think the correction has likely completed (just opinion)
