I like the idea if the deal goes through to re-sell to another investor to get our money out of it and let him deal with mold issue, the leaking plumbing, and the leaky roof.

However, he isn’t much of a dreamer which can often hold me back from pursuing business ventures or ideas.

One good idea is to connect with the social worker department at the hospital to see if you can assist with anyone traveling to the area. 

Real estate is and always will be a good idea because it allows you to create lasting generational wealth and leverage cold, hard, tangible assets!

I’d love to hear where you’re leaning and swap more ideas.

Option 4: 20% down on 2 to 3 properties Also open to hear other ideas, I'm self employed so getting a lender can be a bit more difficult.

:I had a consultation with Andersons a month ago... his youtube videos are great and a lot of good information... but they have packages... and are VERY VERY expensive... for the same setup as other companies for a lot less.I contacted Royal Legal Solutions as well... packages as well and expensive.I also contacted the Small Business office in Kansas and a couple of local lawyers.So far Mark J K has been the best consultation and fees as very down to earth... but will confirm tomorrow :) 

Then, just three weeks before closing, my largest commercial tenant—who brought in as much monthly revenue as all 25 mobile home tenants combined—announced they were moving to a location closer to their main office.
