Hi Ricky,Being in operation for 10 years with mid seven figures of assets and NNN leases,it would be wise to speak with your tax advisor regarding if the tax set up should be an LLC, an S-Corp  or a C-Corp.It would also be wise to speak with an asset protection attorney to find out if this is something that might be beneficial to you in that area.

Not all investors have the experience or team to do the deal on their own, they need/want guidance to build their confidence so moving forward one day they can do it on their own. 

Wish we would have fully completed each project before moving onto the next.

Yes you have more options in the city, but it's no guarantee that you're going to get into a decent school anymore with families moving to catchment areas of the schools that they want and filling them.

Tip: Take a couple videos of the place fully furnished before anyone moves in and send them as video tours to potential tenants on FurnishedFinder when they ask to see the place.

As you expand your portfolio, employing LLCs and DSCR loans can be a strategic move.

Understood I made a bad move here as this was first investment so didnt think much except at the location for longterm growth or possibly I move there as part relocation.
