You are not guaranteed clean marketable title.In the past month, I have watched competitors bid on second mortgages, HOA liens, and a partition judgment for mineral rights.... and all of those bidders probably thought they were getting clean, marketable, outright title to the property at our local foreclosure sale.Beware!
