buying from a minor

Hello everyone ,

i just made an offer on a probate house in with the three kids are the beneficiary, the problem is that one of them the minor(underage) and his father, his tutor fled to peru. The succession has a 60 days notice. In quebec, a sell of more than 25 000$ from a minor needs to go through the court system resulting in delays way above my patience

Anybody has ever lived a similar situation or has an idea of how to resolve it?

Thanks
