Don't forget with a MTR you're paying all utilities including internet and yard care/snow removal, where with a LTR the tenant is paying all that. 

The bill would require a public utility to publicly report on its internet website the amount of any charge issued each year pursuant the above-described provision by the housing unit’s address.

The main guy that pitches this stuff on here and all over the internet is from your State and even lost an AZ professional license.

They're paying a premium for the space, we said cable or internet was provided and so it should be available to them before they move in.

Internet was to flip, but wondering if it’s even possible for us to refinance and rent it now.

There has been good comments posted here but I don't recommend seeking legal advice (especially in WA) on internet forums. 

The internet and social media are powerful tools that enable these bad actors to get in front of their victims.

You should probably do some diligence locally/with people in the area, rather than relying on some site on the internets...

So you click a link to a profile and from there you find some nice looking websites, before you know it you're thinking of sending $50,000 or even $100,000 to someone you've never met except over the Internet.
