But...if you really want to practice your phone skills you can take that same list, subscribe to been verified, and quite often you can get a phone number or two off there that still is legit.

I also would recommend just subscribing to all the meetup groups that are involved in real estate bc then you get access to the email threads and I have made some amazing connections through that as well.  

And one of the first things I already did was subscribe to the podcasts!

Another service that I subscribe to that may suit you a little better is Hoovers company data.

I have recommended the good ones subscribe to one of the services that allows them to have their rent credited to their credit report.

Hire a good ISA, subscribe to Cole, and start dialing.

If I had a transaction coordinator or higher volume I might consider subscribing to some sort of more all-encompassing system, but that's not the case right now.I do integrate LionDesk with other lead sites such as ListingsToLeads.com, but I haven't even considered my MLS integration.

Subscribe to multiple wholesalers lists to get a solid feel for areas and for individual wholesalers figures.
