Anyone who is actively involved in health care has a competitive advantage in doing mid-term rentals because you have access at the hospital to help find travel nurses suitable temp housing (yours) while they are in town.

In my rental agreement (lawyer reviewed and approved) it specifically says no smoking or vaping within 20ft of the building and all butts must be left in a coffee can with sand in the bottom and one is already provided in the "smoking area".Explanations are given for allergies, health, and second hand smoke etc. etc.I've not had any issues yet.

This isn't about replacing the human touch; it's about amplifying it.

Plan you strategy around why you are investing and the time, energy, and resources (human + capital).

I would even write it very explicitly :People are tired of very-progressive left wing government policy that removing property rights , creating criminals, protecting criminals , destroying generation and coddling criminals ( in the name of human right or DEI or whatever).Agree @Bruce Woodruff?
