Hi All!, I am a new real estate investor interested in the BRRRR strategy. I have been in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years, now looking for the opportunities that real estate offer.

Most pursue the BRRRR strategy for the wrong reasons. I attribute this to bad information on the internet and "Gurus" who sell the novice investor on the notion anyone can scale to a large portfolio quickly. From my observations most of these "Gurus" only have portfolios of C/D located single family homes to show for their years of work and for the life of me I don't understand why they capture an audience. Nevertheless, I'm happy to have a conversation with anyone interested in pursuing this strategy. Within 3 minutes I can tell you if you are doing so for the correct reasons and whether you will actually be able to leverage your acquisitions into a scalable portfolio.
