Like all things, it comes down to money and we've all heard the extremes of the whole " I was homeless at 20/lived in a box/felon, but  now I am financially free story"  I have a small amount of money and no job.

@Lee Perry you can still file for eviction it is up to the tenant to prove they will be homeless at the hearing a lot of the decisions will be pretty much made by the judge.

I live in a over-saturated city and seeing all these investors come in and raise rent rates so high it has put the homeless rate at an all time high.

It will be a cold winter for her if she becomes homeless.
