The big bad wolf has been very good to me.They are not in it for the long haul, so they will eventually get out, and when they do it will likely be just as rapid and disruptive as when they got in, just in the other direction ... keep an eye out in the markets and neighborhoods the hedgies targeted heavily, because there may be some great buying opportunities when they leave in mass ...
