Looking for feedback from those who have attended so please let me know any experience you guys and girls have had with one of Than’s seminars.

I'm not a little girl and this isn't my first business venture :-) With that being said, we discussed a $300K budget with a realtor down in PS and he came back saying that it was rather light so that's why I asked someone who is already doing it--what would be realistic.

Finally we discovered where he worked and we knew a girl who used to work their and we asked her if she knew him, and she did but not very well.

That’s like marrying a divorced mean beautiful girl with kids. being blinded by emotions what get people into trouble...Hope that helpsP.S there’ll be other foreclosures worth less headaches.

I've pondered this question too. 

I've been interested in Real Estate mainly because of my family, I have 2 beautiful girls and another on the way, and I would love to spend more time with them and at the same time still keep a roof over our head.I'm glad I took a step and introduced my self to the Bigger Pockets Community!
