Hello Everyone!

My name is Christopher but I go by Chris. I am aspiring to Wholesale properties in the Inland Empire which is in other words, a particular area in Southern California. I have done thorough research the past few weeks and I have a very good understanding of the whole process but I have yet to jump in the game. I have some possible potential leads but before I make contact, I am curious to know if anyone knows of any local Title Companies and/or Attorney's who are Investor friendly and are familiar with the process of Wholesaling? I'd feel more comfortable moving forward being certain I have a company and/or person to work before I attempt to land my first contract.

Please let me know.

Thank You

-Chris
