First I started looking Upstate NY, SUNY college Towns and decided instead of driving north 2-4 hours I rather fly South 2 hours and avoid the Snow.

If it passes the in person test, then offer, then inspection, then re talk numbers, then I'll fly out there and talk to the tenants. 

If you're going to lose 2 or 3 hours of timezone when you fly to your EST property, it's an all day affair.

Hopefully I’ll be able to fly there by next month, and drive around so I can see this properties.
