Hi, all.For those of you who use Appfolio, I'm looking for a report on the property manager portal that can be exported to CSV and includes all expense transactions for a property, similar to the Income Register report.

When i view the property in costar i can click on tenant,it'll atleast give me the tenant's name, problem is i'm not able to export that information along with the property address, etc

Figured you guys could probably point me towards a data provider that would have city level data exportable to excel so you can manipulate it.

We are in the midst of a rehab (doing the work ourselves) and looking to see if anyone has a good app or website they use to keep track of receipts, able to itemize each cost and then export to CSV or PDF for tax and final budget analysis at the end!

I work for my family exporting business in the Bay Area and I feel like REI is the ultimate way for passive income/wealth.

I want to assume the same value add operator role (as with residential) but I feel like there are many specific nuances with warehouse investing especially with how to build ground up and add value given the need of import and export.

It's not overly complex, it's free and I can export easily for my CPA.

I am doing a workaround, for the ones where I see glitches, I am doing a manual export for monthly transactions at the end of the month into OFX file and then importing it into Stessa. 

All you get is what you can export/import via CSV file:(We use Propertyware, have experience with Buildium, and have played with Appfolio and RentManager.Buildium is for smaller companies.The other three are tied, the differences being how much automation & customization you want to do.If you don't see yourself growing beyond 150 units, go with Buildium.If you're not very techy and plan to grow over 150 units, we'd recommend Appfolio.If you're techy and plan to grow over 150 units, we'd recommend Propertyware or RentManager.Of course, schedule some demos, take GREAT notes, and then make your decision.FYI - there are MANY new options on the market, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Apartments.com, Hemlane, and Rentec.

You can export all the information from your bank account to excel and categorize your transactions properly.Good luck!
