Anthony,I respectfully disagree.

I don't disagree that the market is tough, in fact I usually weigh in on most posts about out of state investors looking into buying in Dallas and say the exact same thing, that DFW especially Dallas is a competitive market, and the easy money has been made.I believe Blackstone got their exit....They spun off their residential real estate investment.

I disagree with him as paying on time does effect your score positively BUT does paying it off in FULL every month make it any better?

A short hold under a year would require you examine to ensure that you could demonstrate your intent to hold.Fortunately, you have the ace in the hole - an unsolicited offer to purchase. 

I disagree with the people above worrying about bathroom count.

And that depends on your AGI.Have to disagree with my colleague's advice about reading IRS publications for help.

Some will disagree with me on this, but you also need to self manage most every operation that you can.
