I don't have many details other than it's 11 acres with a future road through planned. 

Our job as investors is to buy, IMPROVE, and hold for long-term equity and cash flow down the road.

Happy to chat over options with you. there are plenty of roads you can go down, even by not taking out any debt against the property.

You might think your better because you make more money than other people but there’s plenty of criminals and con artist in your class of people.

That has a different purpose in life and you should leave it alone to be there for you down the road (especially since you have other money and income available).Just know that the whole "stop working my job" thing is a long term goal.
