Should I let my tenant pay for this AC repair?
2 July 2024 | 8 replies
And have just as many repaired, usually in May and June. You are getting quotes from consumer grade AC contractors. $500 is outrageous and no AC service call should take longer than an hour anyway.

if you were worried about them trying to take money from you, then you should have been smart and put a meter on their water pump after you told them to flush it out or whatever so that you can gauge how much extra you cost them and then take that off the rent and then there's no discrepancies. it was completely due to your negligence that caused them an inconvenience and a health hazard. not sure we're all these other landlords get off assuming these are just cash grabbing freeloaders when they didn't do anything except do their part and move into a place and pay rent.so you can benefit from them doing so.

29 June 2024 | 9 replies
This extra payment deal is for consumer/homeowner that will spend all the money he has available on cigarettes, beer, etc. so he “fools” himself into “painlessly” saving money by building extra equity in his one big “investment”.A professional investor should NOT need to “fool” themselves into “forced” savings.
