Since that time I've gotten my real estate license, quit my retail sales management job, interviewed a broker then decided to originate mortgages through a friends recommendation, made the most money I've ever made (which is not a lot of money at all to the investors that I've met/heard/read), and saved enough money to start a mailing campaign.

I just read one that lines out how to get the best responses from a direct mail campaign.

Should I just do a saturated direct mail campaign to all addresses in the area or spend the time researching only the distressed properties?

You can start a marketing campaign in the next 2 weeks..You can be receiving your 1st few calls in less than 3 weeks, and look up and find yourself going on appointments in less than a month.
