If the breaker has been replaced and the area around the main panel doesn't reek of burning plastic (electrical components melting  smell about as distinctive as burning hair) there is no safety issue. 

Actually it is making money now, I'm just hanging onto it for a while longer as we finish up some unit rehabs, an office remodel, and a burn unit that could be pretty costly.  

The naysayers here probably haven't been burned by enough deadbeats yet.

PECO will need to know the total BTU maximum load demand for all of the gas burning equipment to properly size the lines and meters; I would expect one big line from the street to the property to be sized to handle all BTU demands for all units, and then a split to let each unit get a line and meter sized to their individual needs.No way that anybody on the Internet is going to be able to tell you what this will cost.

Basically your bridge is burned with the bank who originally got you the loan?
