I know so little about them, and will brush up on it.

In many if not most instances we usually ended up having to go back to FEMA with justifiable adds and beg for more money.Now perhaps things are different in the deep south and various other states that I've had no direct experience in but I rather doubt that inasmuch as we worked with title and insurance companies not to mention several lat firms Nationwide for a couple of decades on curative title issues which ended up dealing with some understructure and mainframe retrofitting costs which we subed out to licensed contractors.Not painting the entire industry with a broad brush just giving you my own first hand experiences.

No place really to set down a hair brush or toothbrush.

ONLY reason I would change cabinets is if they are broken and non functioning and non repairableAnd yes if the sink is bad and unble to just clean up,,,replace with a white cast iron and a quality modern high rise brushed nickel single handle on the side type. 

That's it.I have uploaded both forms here in the Files section, but I would recommend brushing up on your knowledge of the whole process first before you make any huge mistakes.

Pros like me aren't the same, just like the kid with the lemonade stand down the street isn't the same as Crystal Light.Beware painting with too broad a brush.  

If you want to paint an entire industry with such a broad brush then I guess we'll end this conversation as friends and move on to something more productive for both of us.Trailers are trailers, moiblehomes are mobilehomes and HUD Manufactured Homes are a whole new ball game.

I come around to the kitchen to wash a brush out not an hour later and he's gone rouge with the pattern. 

The only thing I know about the SF market is that the prices seem out of sight.One thing I would advise is brushing up on the landlord and tenant laws.
