my 1st deal/guidance

Hello Bp, I close on my first deal on Wednesday and I assigned the contract for 12k . Being in my shoes and just starting out, from a experience investor standpoint  what will you do with the 12 k? I'm looking too invest it. Help plz?

What are your long term goals? I would start with letting them dictate what you do with the money.  

If it was me... I would be using the money as a down-payment on a great cash-flowing rental.  But my goals are to have passive income.  you might be better off sinking it into a mailer for ramping up marketing.  either way... don't buy a car with it.
