Hey guys I am seeking some real advice on how and when would be a good time to step out of my job fire my boss and start up my real estate business I have roughly 10k in savings right now. any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated getting super annoyed as each day passes being a slave.thanks,Tyler

Our neighbor is currently building an ADU as well and, while there have been a handful of days that have been annoyingly loud, most days (90% of the time) it's barely noticeable. 

It's annoying.

He hasn't mentioned wanting to actively control it, though it is annoying to me that he wants to check up on me and he hasn't always been reasonable with me in the past, so I am wary of giving him the ability. 

Thanks for your reply, the lease has a clause " Tenant and guests will not use premises in such way as to commit waste (severe property damage) or create a nuisance by annoying, disturbing or interfering with the quiet enjoyment of peace and quiet of any other tenant or nearby resident."

Just annoying for those of us that own it completely but can't utilize it when you have all your bases covered as much as one can to make it a safe investment.

I'm being extremely Transparent with the situation on the tenant front.it was on the MLS , but yeah next time I gotta hustle and annoy the heck out of people to get things done.

It takes longer to close (45 days minimum) and has a lot of annoying red tape but it's good when you are starting out and plan to live there at least 2 years. 

Hey @Chris Howell you were really starting to annoy me the way you defend someone who is scamming money from you.

Problem with Zillow is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."
