Breaking A Lease with the Tenant After a Week

I need to break a tenants lease after an incident where the front door was damaged in addition to noise and disruption to the other tenant. He has only been there for a week.  Good Credit score, job history and no evictions on his record, however I went against my better judgement as he didnt have a rental history.  Lesson learned.  What are the best options for this?  Im in Phila. and dont know how the freeze on evictions can affect this.

@Brandon Sampson unfortunately the local climate in Philly will make it very difficult to get rid of this tenant through the court system. You may be able to negotiate a buy-out? Sent you a connection request to discuss further. Best of luck
