When high rollers pass away or just improve their old ones are a couple bucks, get them dry cleaned for a couple bucks and bam, dressed for success cheaper than Walmart.

Go to Walmart and get one of those windshield markers and write "CASH 4 HOUSES" with your phone number on your back window and two side windows.

Walmart, Smoothie King, Subway, Banks, AT&T are all  2-3 blocks from this property.

Dealers are like WalMart.

IMO, you are absolutely correct and someone that has vision for retaining future guests.While I don't necessarily agree that Target is "cheap", I would definitely qualify them ahead of WalMart - KMart.

Many people are trapped financially, without guidance, especially with children at school or before school.Getting a minor second job, even saturdays for 8 hours, paying credit cards off ASAP, being careful of expensive car payments, saving 10% to 20% for an emergency/investing fund, shopping at Target - Walmart, looking for sales and coupons, etc.Being frugal aint easy. 

All a tenant has to do, is go to Walmart, get an air up mattress and set up shop.

A lot of people working for Walmart full time, still take food stamps (Good hard working people).
