$1,000 direct mail marketing budget for Dallas

Looking for some guidance on what would be my best bang for my buck in the dallas area. What would you guys do. I'm not really good at marketing but I'm EXTREMELY well knowledgeable of the wholesaling process. Any help would be appreciated. As of right now I'm just fooling around on Listsource.com to familiarize with it, but I'm not sure if its the best option so I'm holding off on the buy button.

I'm currently making my own site and have business cards being shipped as well atm.

Also check out Cody Sperber's free content on wholesaling on his site. He has Videos and whiteboard presentations on Youtube as well that are very good. 

I have a way for you to get the prospect calling you once you learn how to close a deal, if you are willing to do it and it will only cost you about $2.00. Go to Walmart and get one of those windshield markers and write "CASH 4 HOUSES" with your phone number on your back window and two side windows. Hang out at the busiest spot in town and park your car by the driveway entrance. They will come to you. You will have wholesalers, birddogs, and investors calling you. Guaranteed. Also get stuck in traffic on purpose, the more people see it the better chance of calls.
