These photos have that HDR appearance that I see a lot in my area when it comes to real estate photography.

I'm motivated, quick learner, and have many skills as it is (basic photography/videography, creating fliers, etc.)Right now, I'm needing to network with other investors; help them make some deals so that I can make money to better MY credit/financial position to invest.

Then I was downsized and, well that is a familiar story...About that same time my wife and I were starting a photography studio for her and she was retiring from her j-o-b.

In saying you are a pro at photography (videography makes you even more marketable), you have to put that out in an optimal manner.

looks fantastic. great job.i think you over did it on the HDR (pictures) though. but that's my photography criticism coming through. :)

I personally do not charge any of those fees as I feel like those are costs of doing business, just like paying for photography on the listing side is a cost of business.

While I am new to investing I am not new to photography and would love to work out a deal with someone who has experience in locating, evaluating, purchasing, and managing multifamily properties.

Networking seems to be key after the 4 books I have read so here I am taking the leap into the world of real estate, I would appreciate any connections with other metro Detroit real estate investors and hope that I can offer you some value with my free photography services in exchange for some questions I still have about the local markets.
