Hi there!  My name is Austin and I started my real estate journey back in August where i purchased a single family home and rented out the other rooms essentially house hacking before I ever heard of the concept!  I stumbled upon bigger pockets and love the concepts they were conveying, not trying to sell the get rich quick scheme but rather solidifying the principal of long term growth.  

Through my research I found it best for me to invest using the BRRRR strategy here in metro Detroit and would love to align myself with fellow, more experienced investors!
