Yeah, I took a quick look at Nashville the other day because I hear it up up-and-coming.

I'd like to network with others that have more experience in the BRRR technique.I have 2 rentals in the Nashville/Antioch area and would like to find more deals and perhaps attempt a flip?

We have family in Nashville so we get down there from time to time.

The seller approached me to sell 5 acres of land less then 5 miles from downtown Nashville.

I moved from Nashville where I lost multiple deals in a bidding war and was never able to land my first property, so I am hoping my due diligence and a little luck will pay off for me here in Atlanta.

I say "Traditional" because Nashville has grown to a huge tourist destination but more neighborhoods and residential than found in traditional beach or ski zones.Depending on the vacation spot, they may have already gone through the process of defining how they want VRBO, AirBNB, etc hosts to act - collect and remit tourist taxes, pay for a permit and more.
