When I get there, I'll be attending any and all auctions and RE meetings I can find to hopefully connect with buyers that way I'll have a good list of customers and their criteria before I ever go out looking for my first deal.

It came out looking alright but now I prefer to either paint the hardwood or go over it with quality laminate or vinyl planks.

When I go out looking for a property and find one, I'm tight on money right now so direct mailing will get expensive, because they say you need to send like 6 to 7 mail pieces to a home owner before you expect a response.

I think both Kirkland and Bothell would both have good future outlook.

I'm looking understand Memphis area better, but would like to understand what the trends are right now and where the fix & flip and buy and hold outlook is.  

After looking at some listings and narrowing down what I wanted and needed to have positive cash flow, we went out looking at condos ONCE and I found my current rental property!  

The focus was on Multi-Fam Outlook Nationally and in the Boston Market.
