Tyler, while you are in Chicago - go meet Jane Garvey at CCIA and you can start learning real estate and meeting people face to face in the business (at least if you want to use your real estate license in real estate investing) and then come find us in Kansas City, when you get to back to Kansas City.If you want to be more of a Realtor - I would recommend placing your license and working with a Real Estate Brokerage that has a lot of training.

If I didn't know you or your husband from any Dick, Jane or Mary, and you refused to show a proof of funds or Pre-Approval... and refused go meet with them to ensure safety I would wager its not safe for the agent.
