Hello everyone! My name is Tyler Hogstrom and I live in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. I  joined the Biggerpockets community after taking a class on Real Estate through Udemy.

I have no experience working in Real Estate and have recently started studying to become a Real Estate Agent and am trying to gain knowledge on Real Estate Investing as well.

For almost 4 years now I have been working in IT Staffing in Kansas City and now Downtown Chicago. I am looking to gain a license in both Kansas and Illinois. Ideally I will moving back to the Kansas City/Lawrence KS area within the next 6 months. I really want to do Real Estate investing in colleges towns to help students find good quality living off of campus.
