Yes, it is good to make sure that as investors we don't ride the price wave, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't invest either.

You gotta wait for the perfect wave and just trust that it will come with time.Whenever you invest off a negative emotion greed, FOMO (fear of missing out), pride, etc you will have a very bad time.

Unless a wave of sellers list this spring, prices will be going up.
