Most, if not all, major chain furniture stores that I've been to have offered design and delivery/placement services at no cost if you buy all the furniture from them.That would get you 90% of the way there I would think.

I have a contractor that handles repairs and document deliveries to the courthouse and sheriff's office.

He screwed-up the payment to the furniture company, and the doctor's wife will lose her mind if the furniture delivery is delayed.

All the furniture items can be shipped to the property and you may need to hire friends or college kids to assemble furniture or meet the delivery people (that takes the most time) If you took some time and got the major pieces in place, a friend with the "decorating gene" could fill in with reasonably priced decor from my favorite stores TJ  Maxx or Homegoods with a modest budget. 

Wonder if it's still working (al la Seinfeld Chinese food delivery)

Was thinking renting from Culligan would be the best bet but just not sure how to hold the tenant accountable with maintaining the account as far as payment and coordinating salt deliveries goes.

I had a quick stint in online sales involving paypal specifically  , and we would have correct customers contact, verified shipping, verified billing, restricted delivery to only a specific customer, then they would charge back and paypal and CC would side with buys even after we submitted all documentation.

They're also familiar with different contractors who can give you estimates on delivery of the building, site preparation, installing the building, hooking up utilities, etc.

When all is said and done (onsite construction, delivery fees, permits, site work, exterior work, garage, driveway, etc.), the cost of the home is closer to $350+ psf and that doesn't include land cost.
