@Marc Possoff a few City Council members caught some heat for doing backdoor deals on the RDA lots for far below market value.

For those who are just hearing about this, on May 20th the long anticipated ADU ordinance was introduced to Chicago's City Council. 

The judicial council has its on moratorium.

You need to start running "your own" as candidates for the local City council spots.

Every zoning change requires vote from City Council, and often other stakeholders (Neighbors, Neighborhood Associations, and/or  the District Council Person), may not want the re-zone. 

Know topics and issues being discussed at your town hall/ city council meetings.
