Empty Lots Attached To Owned Property
Anyone know what the restrictions are and how difficult it is to buy an empty lot that is attached to a property that I own that’s owned by the Philadelphia Land / Redevelopment Authority? And what about vacant lots that are not attached but a house or 2 away?
