I read some where Boston and DC areas seem to be in the lead.

I'm interested in financing a multi-unit property in the Boston area with an FHA 30-year loan.  

These aren't bustling metropolises like LA, NYC, Boston, Chicago where there isn't enough room to grow or (some) people are leaving due to various reasons.
