Local real estate agents
Hello BP,
My name is Andrew and I am looking to start investing in real estate. I currently live in Northern New Jersey (Hoboken) and I’m looking in invest in a multi family home in the area. I know Hudson country is very expensive and I am willing to look further outside the surrounding Hoboken area to get a good deal. I have already spoken with a broker and I have been pre approved for a FHA loan up to $375,000. I am looking for a multi family home since I’ll be living in one of the units and renting out the rest. I currently work in NYC so the location need to be close to public transportation, since I work crazy hours. Look forward to speaking to you all.
Andrew
