I've slowly been researching how to get started in this business that frankly I have no prior experience in whatsoever and after weeks of reading articles and listening to podcasts I realized that there is only so much value I can get from that information without actually getting out there and experiencing it so I decided I have to get started.So far I have registered with iFlip and got my squeeze pages set up allowing me to build my buyers list and I'm working on sending out my first batch of yellow letters to attract motivated sellers.

Eric,I saw your e-mail for this property and have received your yellow postcard in the mail (I liked the yellow postcard by the way...it definitely perked my interest to take a second look at the property).The first issue is that it doesn't appear to be in the greatest area (I would have to visit the property to confirm since I don't do much investing in West Baltimore).

It could be that some rube installed shut-offs on each appliance to bring up to code (back in the day, shut-off on each appliance was not mandatory everywhere); and instead of using pipe thread dope used teflon tape, but white tape rather than the yellow teflon that is required by code.
