Yellow letter content
Im just getting started in wholesaling and getting ready to send out a mailing to expired listings in my area. Im starting out skinny (no $) and get expired listings alerts from a realtor friend of mine. I am curious as to what to say in the letters. So do I include an offer price, or wait until they call?
