Yes it would be a cash purchase, but it tasted too thin on first and second look.

I dont mind a debate and I welcome any perspective from the other side, but if you can't do it tastefully and respectfully, then your conversation is not worth carrying.

Around here, they suspect that it has been put up to cover structural damage.Local tastes vary, and tastes in the different economic classes vary.I don't like vinyl and buyers don't like vinyl, so I won't use it.

This would give you a taste of REI and land-lording, and if done properly provide you with extra cash flow to pay down those student loans.  

I think we can rule out a change in tastes as being a primary driver -frankly a driver in any capacity- of the multi-family buy-up. 

One of the hardest things I have found is to balance my style & tastes (This place is cool and unique, I love it!)

If I had a landlord that was pestering me and not leaving me alone, I might just call the cops to give them a taste of their own medicine and show them how it feels when they are starting to be too intrusive.

Especially when there are a lot of BP members who have a bad taste in there mouths when it comes to guru/mentors.

Plus it didn't mix well with the other ingredients when it came to leaving a good bitter sweet taste in your mouth.

I think Brady can still taste the dirt and grass from saying hello all to it almost the whole game!
