My contractor poured it while it was raining and then covered part of the patio with plastic sheeting, while allowing other parts not affected by rain to remain uncovered.

J:Modular building construction is far more common in Europe and other parts of the world than here in North America ... but still comprises <25% of new construction even in those places where readily available (to the best I've been able to uncover thus far).3D printing on the scale of buildings is still in its infancy, but interesting results are already being produced.

This is what I have now, similar to some suggestions above:This is what I want:Just a cleaner look.I feel like a firepit done well, photographed well, etc. can be make a listing significantly more attractive.I could just update the log benches, but man, Adirondack chairs IMO just look so nice and they're super comfortable.

This is still the responsibility of the homeowner to repair.7.HUD had not listed in their inspections the serious termite damage that was uncovered in the roof joists.8.HUD had not listed the Mold issues.I would like to recoup my entire $5,000 EMD, $300 inspection and costs to activate the utilities.
