You'll most likely need to get out a shovel and uncover the entire drainage route for the water.

J:Modular building construction is far more common in Europe and other parts of the world than here in North America ... but still comprises <25% of new construction even in those places where readily available (to the best I've been able to uncover thus far).3D printing on the scale of buildings is still in its infancy, but interesting results are already being produced.  

No dust and it fluffs up so nicely.
