Powerlink Settlement Services

Anyone had the pleasure of working with Powerlink Settlement Services? I purchased a property online and the closing agent sent the paperwork to Powerlink, was supposed to close today, now, who knows, I have yet to hear from anyone in their office.

The fun factor ratcheted up a bit when I learned that the "agent" in charge of my file is off tomorrow, probably to make it a 4-day weekend for the Columbus Day Holiday. So nice to know that the title companies think of themselves when other people's money is tied up in escrow.

Anyone with a story on Powerlink? Good, Bad, or Ugly?
