This platform is called account management and basically eliminates my bookkeeper.

Similar to the data, the for sale listings are mostly office and retail, with hardly anything useful for multi-family.Also, be aware that their platform is un-user-friendly.

I don't know about amoritizations... it's just not something we do, so I've never investigated that.I'm pretty sure they offer a free trial for you to be able to test out the platform.  I
